Great FREE e-learning books with research and advice: http://blog.efrontlearning.net/2010/11/free-e-learning-books.html & recommended Web tools applied to e-learning: http://issuu.com/anamariacult/docs/webtoolsappliedtoteaching. I wonder what percent of teachers and professors use e-learning tools to teach? Equally curious as to if they measure their impact and what the feedback is from results and the students.  If there was research to show that the majority of professors do not use various e-learning tools to enhance learning, creativity and transfer of learning, whose responsibility is it to ensure that the professors are utilizing up to date tools? Your thoughts? Aside from the various tools listed above, are there any tools which you have come across which you prefer to use or recommend?
